Just a few asides because god forbid I only post once a day.

Dear Spring in Los Angeles,

I love you too. I love your sunshine and spring breeze and blue skies. I love your new clothes and strappy sandals and glittery makeup. I do not love your tan pushing because I am a redhead. We don't tan. We fry like fish on a Friday night in a blue collar town. That also means that fakinbakin is not for us. I don't care that I'm sharkbelly white and freckly. It's my skin and it's cancer free. And I like my giant straw hat, so there.
I do not love your star jasmine, with its delicate petals and haunting scent that make my eyes run, my head ache and my nose cry. I could also live without the schizophrenic dance between sun and clouds. My sinuses are confused enough already as I waver between the I'm a smoker, not a smoker camps. But, on a Friday afternoon when I've left work early, you are a fantastic place to be.

I am waiting on another beta for my story. But I'm itchy to post it and I like it the way it is. Am I a terrible person to post without waiting for this second kind individual who is doing voluntary work for me?


Third, for those new to Farscape watching it on SciFi. Tonight's episode, I believe, is A Bug's Life. It's edgy and claustrophobic and a fun ep. However, it is also notable for the lusciousness of our hero in some new clothes. Gods of leather pants, we thank ye. In fact, if anyone has or knows how I could aquire a Crichton in PK Captain's uniform icon, I'd be very appreciative if you know what I mean!

Oh so true. Larraq is very yummy in his captain's uniform as well. But I'm such a sucker for that long, slow pan up Crichton at the beginning, with the leather and the jacket and the sneer, and damn, I shouldn't think about these things at work. And, I agree, I love watching Aeryn flirt. Snort, those romantic PK's, here, come with me, let me save you for this career ending post, and we can shoot things together. Hee Hee.
