I Heart Crossovers
Sep. 18th, 2007 11:30 amFor anyone on my flist who watches/watched Burn Notice and The West Wing, Richard Schiff is going to be on Burn Notice for the season finale.
If anyone loves me, they will write me something about Toby Ziegler and Michael Westin. I do not care what, but right now, this is my fondest, fondest desire. Because on Thursday, I will have to face the fact that Toby Ziegler is not, in fact, the man who burned Michael Westin (by virtue of not actually being on the same show). And I will be sad. Very, very sad.
Also, I am amused by USA hosting "New Zealand does Greek adventures Old Home Week" as Lucy Lawless was on Burn Notice on Thursday and Kevin Sorbo is apparently going to be on something this week.
In a tiny, tiny bit of meta, I do think that it's funny that I knew that Michael Westin was getting played by Evelyn not only because he was CLEARLY getting played, but more because there's just no way they'd hire Lucy Lawless to have her be a weepy suburban housewife. I find the fact that I'm not basing plot lines on the hired guns a little scary.
In conclusion, I need some Burn Notice icons. Preferably one of Sam saying, "Spies, bunch of bitchy little girls." Or of Fi kicking someone:)

Date: 2007-09-18 07:11 pm (UTC)The show is about him trying to figure out who burned him, and intermittently helping people for cash. He's got a support system of his ex-IRA ex-girlfriend and his fellow ex-spy Sam (Bruce Campbell). Plus, he grew up in Miami, so his mother and brother also live there.
It's funny and clever and oh so cotton candy pretty and you learn useful tips everyweek! Like making a bug out of a cell phone!

I like the idea of setting Burn Notice in the TWW universe very, very much. It might have to go on the list.
