Steady As She Goes

New job keeps me hopping during the day, which is good, but it's exhausting. Therefore, I'm doing my biweekly begging for fic and/or porn. I've read all of the posted T&L stories, am waiting patiently for the others, and need brief snippets of entertainment while I take a breather from my job.

I know the Multiverse deadline is soon, but not soon enough, and well, instant gratification is all about the instant.

Of particular joy would be: J/A UST (S1 or 2), or happy, goofy sex. Alternately, any sort of teamwork amongst any of the FS folks. Also, anything SG-1 S9 or S10. Or SGA/SG-1 crossover, particularly Mitchell/Sheppard hanging out, or just screwing around (and no that doesn't have to be porn). Crossovers are always good. FS/SGA. DW(9th Doctor) + anyone. Firefly/FS. My Name is Earl/Anything (And I'm pointedly not looking at elishavah, nope, no I'm not).

Oh hell, at this point, I'm desperate for new and shiny and distracting. Just write me something folks.

The novel snippet when over well in class last night and I'm really digging what the other students are bringing to the table. It's a varied audience and is proving to be a lot of fun. If I get 60 decent pages out of this ten weeks, it'll be time well spent. Plus, I get a kick out of the teacher who is writing a GAN* (Great American Novel), but has this really lyrical style and is sort of old-school, 60s & 70s era dude and has this great rhythmic voice.

Hmm, I think I probably first got on a horse at six or seven. I always loved horses, have always loved to ride (although I'm exclusively a Western rider. English freaks me out).

No flings with any cowboys, but plenty of line dances, and a little fooling around. I've spent a lot of time around cowboys and ranch hands. It would feel weirdly incestuous unless he was very, very cute.
