But, by no stretch of the imagination, could this be considered a drabble.

Christmas Cheer

However, since it was inspired by my need for warm fuzzy thoughts and peace on earth, and by this week's [livejournal.com profile] farscapefriday challenge, into the drabble community it goes.

That was an insanely happy story, somehow, despite the awful complexities. Thank you.

Thanks!

That was an insanely happy story hee. Every once in a while, I just desperately need to write something that leaves me with a stupid grin:)

i think this may be posted in two places because i've just gotten lost in the LJ labyrinth. but you deserve double the complements anyway. *g*

this is so rich with an incredible texture of character and interaction. it makes me think about what you posted earlier today. *g* what a gift to measure this week before the mini series with. these beings are so vital; and you have drawn them with such care and detail that it feels as if i could go to that place and they would be there. i can practically hear the music from the band. thank you so much for you wonderful writing. *g*

Oh, thank you so much hon! That just, well, it makes me blush terribly, but makes me incredibly happy as well. I'm so, so glad that it conveyed all of the things I wanted to address.

it was an incredibly rich tableau. and coming at the end of a long day it was like a breath of fresh air. i am still amazed at the consistent quality of the writing hereabouts in LJ-land. some days it's like going from one piece of treasure to another......makes for some late nights. heh.

There are some amazing writers on LJ, and I'm just so happy to know the handful of them that I do know, that I get the chance to read their astonishing work!

it's like a renaissance. it's also what hooked me into LJ and motivated me to start a journal. it's really something special. *G*
