Anyone who talks to me on the phone knows my cell phone sucks monkey toes.

Well, yesterday, thanks to my father (and boy is this a mixed blessing of epic proportions), I purchased a pink Motorola RAZR phone with accompanying pink Bluetooth wireless headset.

And I got a set of phone "tatoos" (read stickers for your phone) in pink plaid. Sadly, the pinks clash, but I do not care, for now I am the girliest geek ever with my BORG headset and my pink phone of not dropping calls everywhere in Los Angeles where it is possible to do so. I will rule the world now, I tell you. Assuming I ever figure out how to change my ring tone!

This could not get anymore overprivileged, greedy first worldy, but god I hated my other phone. HATED. Throwing into Mount Doom kind of hate.

It's not "first-world" to hate a tool that not only doesn't work, but seems to sabotage what you need it for.

So far in Operation Clean House I've sorted the laundry into piles of his, hers and linens. It's all clean, but it's lodged at the end of the hall and at the top of the stairs. I also cleaned the French press.

It's a poor showing so far.

Hee - loves you thoroughly. I think that's a very good showing, and I think as long as the bathroom's clean, you shouldn't worry about anything else. Coffee and a clean toilet are what I offer as a host, and expect as a guest;) Nothing more.

I also took all of the new parts of Veered and put 'em in a doc:)

I've actually been debating between upgrading to a RAZR or a Blackberry... if I sign a 2 year contract with T-Mobile, they're both about the same in cost (and not that expensive thanks to massive rebates).

And re: your other post, OMG, your poor car! I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed for you.

Also, we still need to hang out (plus I just got the Snow Patrol tix in the mail :).

The car did the not start, not start, okay fine I'll start thing today at lunch when I went to run errands. Head, desk, so not crying.

And dude, I love my pink RAZR, but there's a sweet little blackberry that might be a fabulous option for you if your work will pay for it. (And hee, I kept the $2.99 text messaging feature just for you!!)

I love my RAZR. I feel ridiculous typing it like that, but god, do I love it. I inherited it from my sister when she got the pink one, so I know of its blinding metallic pinkness. And we saw that it was good.
