Nostalgic for Fandom

So this whole blow up: How Not to Be an Indie Author, which I desperately hope that LJ is enjoying as much as I am, is making me desperately nostalgic for fandom, and everyone in it. Both my favorite writers and fans, and those who fought just as visciously to be happily wrong on the internet.
