Welcome to the Latest Episode...

Of "Whose job am I doing this week?!?" My art director is gone for three weeks. So, I'm learning how to layout and design a magazine to fill in the gaps of freelancers. Ask me if I'm having fun yet. Go on, I dare you.

I'm soooo tired, and still unable to get up early to train in the mornings (so i'm having to fit it in at night when I can, aside from Saturdays which is the mandatory ass-crack of dawn training. Remind me, please, why this seemed like a good idea? I did secure a snazzy training jacket at Marshall's and a new sports bra though. Gotta love hobbies. They always require outfits.)

An informal birthday poll. I am going to set aside $100/$150 bucks to celebrate my birthday. Do I buy myself:
a) a new tattoo
b) part of an iPhone
c) snazzy sparkly shoes
d) part of a plane ticket somewhere (the problem being that this summer should contain both IHW V, and if possible, a trip to MN to see the godchild, and a trip up North). But oh, I'm so, so desperate to go somewhere I've never been. To have an adventure.
e) some self-interest and put it away in my moving fund

The last is the boring alternative, but frankly, the one I should follow. I want a little apartment with light and a table and pretty things.
