Sinus headaches are a bitch. Couldn't figure out why the hell I had absolutely zero focus today. Looked at myself in the bathroom mirror, saw the huge purple bags under my eyes and inspiration struck. Frelling sinuses.

M.'s gone for a week! Whoo Hoo. That means I have the house to myself and could walk around naked if I wanted! Which I just may!

Sh. has supported my desire to have Rygel and Bender put on their own variety show! This is progress, yes?

And I found out that my friend St. is a huge Alias fan which cracks me up. She's always been very dismissive of television, but her soon to be husband is desperate to get cable again:) She loves Jack, thinks Sark is hot, and likes Lauren:) I'll never tell her about fandom, but this still makes me grin like a jackolantern:)

I'm horrified and disgusted by so many things these days that it seems exhausting to even list them. So I'm going to avoid talk of reality by retreating into the completely made up where news on the radio doesn't make me cry, doesn't make me ashamed of my nationality, ashamed to be human sometimes, sentient and graced with reason and defying that grace.

So, here's a rec for the Rykodisc 20th anniversary Double CD becaue it's fabulous, and it's Ryko green and it's cheap! And also for Goldfrapp's Felt Mountain, because infinitemonkeys you were oh so right. But then, when are you not:?
