Cass and Jeff are organizing the 2005 Sparky Awards (Farscape Fic Awards) and they did a hell of a job last year. They are much deserving of kisses and snuggles and good beer.

Nominations are now open so go here to nominate your favorite stories.

Over the past year, we've had a plethora of fabulous Farscape fic, and much of it has been written on LJ.

Thing is, I'm not sure how much of it made the transitition from being posted here to being posted at the archives which means that a lot of readers may not have seen the results from [livejournal.com profile] voleuse's Farscape Ficathon, the Aeryn ficathon, [livejournal.com profile] astrogirl2's Stark ficathon, the [livejournal.com profile] femslash04 ficathon, or the Multiverse challenge stories.

So, if you've read something fabulous in the past year, no matter where you may have found it, go forth and nominate it at the Sparkys, as well as encouraging the authors to archive at Leviathan so that everyone can access it.

I have a list of stories I want to nominate that threatens to fall down upon me, and let me tell you how much easier it is to go straight to those stories at Leviathan than search for them at Kansas. Just a little personal archiving preference there:) So, um, Aeryn Ficathon participants. Do me a favor? Take 10 minutes and post your bloody fic at Leviathan if you haven't already because my head hurts too much to go trolling through the board:)

Or, if the Leviathan posting interface is too scary, they can just send their stories to the mailing list, and I'll archive 'em.

Of course, now I'm gonna have to sit back and think if I need to add anything to the posting interface for the PK Wars...

Thea, I nominated Blue Eyes and I want to nominate others of your wonderful stories but could not figure out where they are posted. Do you have a memories archive of your work? They are so good they deserve recognition.

Oh, thanks honey. That's lovely. Most of my "finished" stuff is either at Kansas or Leviathan. Anything that hasn't made it over there needs another run through the edit or is a drabble, except now that I think about it, possibly the Femslash piece and the Multiverse piece:) If there's anything particular you can think of, I'll clean it up and post it over there.I have a memories archive, but it's mostly Blue Eyes and Citrine, so I could keep track:)

I'd break the interface.

I think I almost killed LJ the other day.
