There's something different, I think, about an organic seeking of community through the internet - or even just using it and the personal ad thing. I figure, I'm obligated to try my options, but agreed, it's...unsettling. It's not... the fact that it's the internet doesn't actually make it feel any more or less... distressing, I guess.
