It's pouring outside (and my condolences to Northern California who got wholloped and then sent the storm down here). I'm sitting under the quilt with one Siamese wrapped around my around, and the other looking plaintively outside at the rain mrrowing to go out in it. I'm so very tempted to say, "Sure, go ahead." open the door and watch the WTF expression of horror cross his tiny cat face as his feet get all wet. He's a perverse little fucker though, and likes water, so he might just go wandering off in it. The white one is no fan of water falling from the sky, which is why he's wrapped up like a mink stole, sleeping with his face pressed against my arm.

Working on getting motivated, and not just sitting here, still recovering and watching the ends of various movies on HBO and Cinemax (we get them for free for four months and it's been so long since we've had any premium cable that M. and I are unable to turn it off or turn away. I've watched the ends of First Daughter, Spartan, Troy, Matrix Revolutions, all of Kinsey, most of Alexander, and 30 seconds of Cheaper by the Dozen in Spanish since Friday).

And now I'm off to be productive. No really, I am!!

I've promised myself that if I finish my Uncharted Elves story, and the rain lets up, I will walk to Sephora and buy some Fresh perfume that smells orgasmically good. The problem with me buying perfume is that I almost always buy what turns me on, so I end up sniffing myself with a dreamy look on my face, uninterested in sharing.

LOL! Good! I'm glad I'm not the only one that does that! Since I bought Diorissimo again last month, I've been respiring deeply and walking up to people shaking my collar at them saying, "There! Can you smell it? Doesn't that smell great?"

Also surrounded by cats, only occasionally of the snoring variety. I hope your day is more productive than mine has been!

So far, I've done nothing. And there's so much that needs doing!!

Of course! You are a human, therefore you should be able to turn the rain off.

And this is a problem why?

I think you should primarily smell good to yourself. One might argue that being highly pleased by one's perfume is the ultimate goal, because then other people will smell not just you and what smels good on you, but also what *you* like. There's nothing not-Thea about it, hence, you will attract those who are attracted to Thea-ness.

Hee - Thea-ness sounds like a disease:)

And dude, how much do I love that icon. It makes me happy everytime I see it!

Isn't Troy the worst movie ever? Of course, I haven't seen Alexander.

It is so not a good movie, and yet I enjoy it thoroughly:) I'm blinded by the golden boys:) And I like making M. shudder when I detail all of the homoerotic elements that they left out.
