And yeah, that moment in Promises. Aeryn doesn't expect to live, doesn't really expect to have to follow through on anything. That she suddenly has to, back on Moya, harboring an enemy, and cannot, will not go back on her word, it's such a delicious, enigmatic twist. Where does she go from there? Where can she when she has to reevaluate completely.
