I am experiencing a lot of this myself -- it presents itself differently, but, yeah, I recognize it. And I can't offer much, as I don't know how to deal with it myself. But I know it often is tremendously comforting to know that somebody out there gets what you are saying, identifies, empathizes.

So, yeah. I know these feelings. I know this general funk. You aren't alone in this.
